Eddie Mintz, Founder and Owner

Custom Elite Homes was founded by Eddie Mintz, who started out selling homes in 1998 and moved into building homes in 2003.  He has experience in manufactured housing to timber frame.

Eddie Mintz has personally built over 150 homes over 23 years.  He has managed, assisted and have been awarded large projects working for Vets USA.  Eddie was responsible for the undertaking, bidding, awarding,  sub contracting, and scheduling the prep to finish of several US government projects budgeted by the department of defense.  He worked in planning and assisting many state projects through Vets USA as well.
